China’s ICBC Open An Office Building in Spain
The world’s largest bank, the China Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), arrives in Spain with an office in Madrid, as reported by the international real estate consultancy Savills. The bank will open a 1,100 sqm office building in the Paseo de Recoletos number 3, which will be rented for five years with possibility to extend the contract three years.
ICBC has 386,723 employees, 16,232 retail outlets throughout China, 162 foreign branches and serves 3.61 million corporate customers and 216 million private clients worldwide.
